By signing my child up to Hannah-Marie Dance Academy, I hear by agree to the following statement.

I must give one months notice prior to withdrawing my child from classes. Failure to do so will result in being charged 4 weeks of classes. I will let Hannah-Marie know at the end of the term, if my child will not be returning the following term. If my child can't attend a class I will not receive any discounts or refunds. The full price of a terms fees need to be paid on or before the first day of term. Late payments will receive a 15% added charge, on top of the terms fees. No refunds will be processed for any reason to anyone discontinuing classes, under any circumstances. Cannot under pay when I know there will be a lesson my child/children cannot make. I can bring them along to another class that week for their age group/level with permission from the school principal. If a class is cancelled due to government guidelines we will transfer these classes online, no refunds will be given for sessions moved online.

Will ensure my child arrives on time for classes, being 5 minutes early for preparation. If my child is going to arrive 10 minutes late they will not be admitted into the lesson as it will disrupt the class. Unless this has been discussed with the teacher before hand. If we cannot make one week or won't be attending, I'll contact in advance, or on the morning of the class at the latest, unless there are extenuating circumstances. 

I will make sure my child comes prepared, using the toilet before class, hair/fringes off their face in a neat ballet bun, using a hair net. If your child is not dressed accordingly they may be asked to sit and watch their lesson. They should be dressed in the appropriate/regulation uniform which must be purchased from the correct websites. Any uniform that doesn't meet the schools regulations will not be accepted. No jewellery is allowed. 

Please do not enter the room when classes are in sessions, as this is very distracting for the class and disrespectful to teachers. Bad behaviour from a student or parent could risk being asked to leave Hannah-Marie Dance Academy. This includes verbal or physical abuse to another student, parent or teacher. 

Please keep contact and medical records up to date with the Dance Academy for your Childs safety. Loss or damage to property of a student will not be the dance schools responsibility.
